Call if you need help. Our phones are answered by our local support staff, not by a third party like so many other software companies. Regular business hours support is from 9:00-5:00 (EST) by calling 386-760-1774.
Emergency support is available 24/7/365 at the same phone number.
WorldRETS provides support online via email for quick and easy responses from our support staff. Simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your support request. Be sure to let our staff know your name, website, and a detailed account of your support issue. You will receive a response within 48 business hours.
